Need help with ModifyWorld

I have tried Noitem, disablecraft modifyworld... the lot... and i just can't get them to ban the usage or crafting of any of the tekkit items i have no idea what could be causing it or wether it's down to my careless mistakes?

The item i tried to ban the creation of was the quantum helmet just to test. I used the ID in the config and in-game.

Am i using the correct Item ID's?

Are the plugins just completely incompatible with tekkit?

Am i typing them in correctly?

No help at all? come on their must be something that will help me...?

Disablecraft should work fine, post the config file for your attempt to disable them with that plugin.
