Well, let's start with you giving us some information.

What did you do that made the mods disappear?

Are you playing with a standard Tekkit installation, or did you add/remove mods?

Furthermore, how is it possible the standard Tekkit mods aren't there when you re-install? Log in and they should be installed automatically.
