I know what to do . This happened to me a while ago. If you go into your run, %appdata%, delete the whole launcher and download it again. If that doesn't work i don't know. :(

Its an error with railcraft. Go look around in the Tekkit section if redownloading doesn't fix this. If you still can't find a fix, go post over in the Tekkit bugs section, as that is where this actually belongs.
