Tekkit server Help

Hello Guy's i been playing around with my tekkit server and i been playing it but i want people to join it people have said to use hamachi which i have i put the I.P but then when i launch my program or server it says FAIL TO BIND PORT the exception was : java.net.bindexception : cannot assign requested address: JUM_Bind then it days perhaps a server is already runing on that port? now can any one give me any info on what to do and what I.P to use i went to my CMD and i put Ip config which gave me all these I.Ps which one do i use or is there away to use hamachi thnaks guy be great to get feedback
