Banning Items

Can someone please tell me how I can ban items on my server. Also is there a way for me to ban certain abilities such as the philosophers stone greifing my spawn?

PEX ModifyWorld parameters, WorldGuard blacklist, Tekkit-Restrict, NoItem, etc.

Please, try looking through the threads in the forum before posting a question that has been answered and is still active. Seriously.
