Lava from Neather to overworld

Im playing technic 1.2.5/recommended build) is there any way to pump lava from the neather to the real world into tanks?

Not directly, no. You have to either charge an energy storage device (energy crystals or lapotrons) then ender chest/carry it, or fill/move lava cells yourself. Ender chests only allow you to move things when you load the other dimension, as well, because unlike SMP you can't have more than 1 dimension loaded at once.

What about dimensional anchors?

A dimensional anchor should work.

Also, you can with the use of an Ender Chest.

Pretty elaborate though, considering a solar array setup would generate more energy (albeit costly).

No, dimensional anchors won't work either.

But yeah, the lava cell harvester will work good.
