The TechnicLauncher bar wont load and it says error.

Operating System: 64-Bit Operating System

Java Version: jre-7u7-windows-x64.exe (lastest)

Antivirus Program: Norton (Not renewed)

Description of Problem:

I open up the TechnicLauncher.exe a small box pops opens but the loading bar wont load.

Then another box opens up (at the same time) saying "Error"

I couldnt post anymore details but if needed more tell me what to look at and I will take a look.
