Mods Not Getting Downloaded

When i download the technic launcher it comes up the login bit and when i click tekkit and login not all the mods download so i end up with a invisible volcano and a massive hole in the sea where a oil spring was. I have already tryed redownloading it nothing works please help?!

Try Deleting your .techniclauncher then login to redownload everything
