Somehow a pipe got removed, that didnt get removed.

Like if for example on mine, creeper explosions repair..but it doesnt know what the pipes are..so after the explosion, and it 'heals' the pipes are there, technically, but not actually there...if you teleport to 33,63,-131 you will see an 'invisible' pipe you can target, but its not showing up..just break it. and it will be fixed.
