When I try to download the technic launcher, it won't load and a message

saying Java Directory Not Found even though I do have the latest version of java.

Sigh, don't bump please.

You likely have a 64 bit computer (if you read the COMMON PROBLEMS AND SOLUTION sticky like you should have you would know how to find this.) If this is the case, uninstall your Java and download the 64 bit version.
