How to update my modpack?

Hello,

People who plays my modpack started asking for new mods to be added in my modpack. Can you tell me how can I update my modpack?

Backup your world. Add the new .jar files to your server's mods folder. Make sure your server launches with the mods. Make whatever config file changes you want. 

If all is well, add the same mods to your client pack. After testing, zip it up and replace your modpack.zip with the updated one. Increment your pack version number. 

Your users will be prompted to update the next time they launch.
