ComputerCraft - Letting me run programs on my turtle from my computer

Well I made a program for a turtle. To run it I have to spawn the turtle then go into the turtle and type "cd disk" then type "open" and it will run my program. Is there a way I can just spawn the turtle and type "open" in the computer console? Also, I need to be able to do this multiple times without respawning the turtle.

well yeah, just make it a wireless turtle, and make a program that listens for a signal and then runs the preinstalled program?
