How to update Galacticraft to 3.0 on Tekkit main

Is there a way for me to update the galacticrat on my tekkit main to 3.0? I'm running out on a server hosted through a multicraft panel, if that's important.

In short, you can't, otherwise it'd be already done. Why? Because that version of Galacticraft requires a specific version of minecraft (+1.6.4) and they're not updating tekkit modpack because some other mods still aren't updated. (FYI all mods in the pack have to be made for a specific version of minecraft.. example: you can't run Galacitcraft for 1.7.10 on 1.6.4 minecraft along with other 1.6.4 mods)
