What to build here

As the title suggests, I'm kinda out of building ideas, I'm not far into IC2 or Redpower, so thought of using this as a factory space to learn the mods other than EE (No one get mad at me for this, I've seen how much some of you people hate EE for some reason)

So, just any ideas on what to put on this platform?

Its roughly 4 chunks long by 3 chunks wide where I would be putting the building.

Automated farming tower.

Automatically deposits food at the base (or you can build down if you like, I guess). Have it only farm when food stocks are below a certain threshold.
