Launcher won't get past first load

Description of Problem:

Whenever I open the launcher, the little loading box comes up, then the box that says Technic Launcher with all the tools on it. It never goes away. In my taskbar, no icon appears. I shall supply a pic ( http://imgur.com/8RgLJ ) It has been here for 3 minutes. The only way to erase is by stopping java processes

I think you might be right bout the internet. It says 'Identifying Name of router'

Nope, same thing. Can't seem to add technic to list of programs either
