Splitting Pipes... Help

I am trying to split energy from my power station of redstone engines. The energy won't split, it goes up to my house, and won't go to my quarry at the same time? It worked yesterday and now it don't work anymore. Is it possible maybe that I am using too much power in my house that its not splitting to the quarry?

Could be. Try only powering the quarry or upgrade your engines.
