[Solved] Dropped Items/Blocks are Invisible (Solution: Remove Tekkit folder)

Launcher/pack Version: "Tekkit 2.1.0/1.1 | Latest"

Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Version of Java: JDK 7u3 64bit

Description of Problem: All Dropped Items/Blocks are Invisible.

Error Messages: N/A

As you can('t) see, I picked up nothing...

Note: I did a search on "invisible drops" and "invisible dropped items", but did not find anything useful.

I have had this problem before, it only occurs for me when i die. But otherwise it is a graphical error from minecraft, i would look into a bukkit error, but this type of problem is new. Check some other forums or use google, remember, google is your friend.

It happens in SSP aswell. Other players can see dropped items, it's just me being unable to.

Should I try cleaning the cache?

Edit: I deleted the Tekkit folder and made a diff on the new files. And for some reason minecraft.jar was different from before. I checked and "items.png" was corrupt in the old download.
