Title: Problems installing Tekkit on vanilla world
Version: 3.1.2
OS: It's hosted, so no idea. I'm going to guess Linux. Windows on my desktop
Java Version: no idea
Description of Problem:
Hi
I'm trying to get Tekkit installed on my server and, seeing as there was no warning to the contrary, I installed so that it uses a vanilla minecraft 1.3.2 world we have been working on for some time.
Install seemed to go fine, loaded up server fine, then found a problem. Quite a few of the blocks have changed type. So for example certain types of wooden plank block have become an energy store I think, some blocks have disappeared entirely, etc. I'm presuming Tekkit changes block ID's from what vanilla uses, but I could't find anything about that.
So, I would be very great-full if I got a bit of help solving this. I'm hoping there is some sort of tool or method to convert the maps. Ideas??
