I don't have permissions to run the start.command

Hi, first thing, it will not allow me to post this in the bug board. Okay so I have a Mac book pro and whenever I try to run the tekkit server it says I do not have permissions to run start.command. I am an adminastrator on this account, any answers are greatly appreciated thanks.

Thank you for the answer. I looked at the bug board forum, the submit a bug report I thought was just an overhead not a link. Thank you for replying and I will try this now.
