Random Structures/Creations being deleted/partially deleted

Description of Problem:

I was one of my worlds, and i came back from the end, only to discover that 2/3 of my house was deleted and 2/3 of the area under my house was also refilled. The thing is you cant fix it, because if you start placing blocks where they were previously deleted, when you exit the world and re-open it the blocks you placed will be gone. This has happened on two of my worlds, one survival and the other creative.

Wrong section, you want the modpack section (Tekkit or Technic Bugs) It sounds like it may be a know issue with certain BC pipes that reset the Chunk to the way it was when it was created. Don't believe there is a fix.
