Triniblocker Posted October 4, 2012 Share Posted October 4, 2012 So i recently started my own SMP server, and its reached the point that the activity in my piping cross-world has started to lag the game. It would tell me need more ram in the server console ect. So i open the launch file in notepad and type this in java -Xmx3G -Xms1G -jar Tekkit.jar nogui pause I relaunch the server but at the top still sais it launched with xmx and xms 512mb and again tells me need more ram, ive got 6 gigs here, on 64bit operating system whats going on here. The issue seems to be the launch notepad file doesn't update the actual BAT file. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
