Title: Conductive Pipes not working

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Win 7 64bit

Java Version: 1.6.0.30 64bit

Description of Problem:

I don't know if this is a bug. But it seems Conductive Pipes do not work on our server. Setup: Solar Panels -- Tin Cables -- BatBox -- Copper Cable -- Energy Link -- Wooden Conductive Pipe -- Gold Conductive Pipes -- Quarry

But there's no power going through. I did several tests with e.g. substituting the Quarry with a Engine Generator, substituting the Energy Link with a Redstone Engine etc. No matter what I do, there's no current going through.

What can I try to do/test? What infos do you need to help me?

I have seen a few people have problems with the Energy Link not outputting from the bottom on Tekkit, so try moving to one of the sides. What is that machine hooked up to the gold conductive pipe, a quarry?

Place the wooden conductive pipe on the side of the energy link, don't link it up to the bottom. If that is a quarry it's attached to, quarries output item from the top, they won't accept power from the top.
