Can't Disable Mods

I wanted to Disable Millenare and MATmos, but the Select Mods Button seems to be broken.

Answer :

This is because you have not assigned a document editor for the .cfg file extension. Simply locate your .technic launcher/technicssp/config/ModLoader.cfg and assign it a default program such as notepad.
