It can't run the ModLoader. It can't access this file: C:\Users\joshua\AppData\Roaming\.techniclauncher\tekkit\ModLoader.txt.

I can't reproduce the bug. It sound more like a Windows permissions problem to me. Did you change anything recently or move your data files around or something?

Check that you have permissions to read the file and check whether the file is not locked by other application. Is there another instance of Tekkit running or is the file open in Notepad?
