Title: Engines Fail to Run

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Windows XP SP 3

Java Version: JRE 7, from the Tekkit link, freshly reinstalled

Description of Problem:

I have a combustion engine, supplied with oil, water, and a redstone charge, that is connected using stone conductive piping to a pump. When I power it, it gives off particles and slowly goes from blue to green(haven't left it on long) but does not move and doesn't appear to power the pump. I am doing this on a server I am running on my own machine, though it seems to continue in singleplayer, despite a client reinstall.

did you try using a wooden conductive pipe going from the engine to the stone conductive? Also, you might try gold conductive pipes, much better.

Also, have you tried powering the pump directly?

Tried both gold and a wooden conductive pipe bridge, neither worked. I can't seem to rotate the engine with a wrench, and when I place a pipe next to it the pipe looks connected, but the engine remains in the wrong orientation.

I am using the wrench that is on the Buildcraft wiki, as opposed to the IC2 wrench.

This is the top part of the setup.

And this is the bottom, with the engine.
