stays on white screen before monjog logo loads

Description of Problem:

I have redownloaded the launcher multiple times and still cant get past the white screen before monjog logo its not producing a error log at all so i have no idea whats wrong

Are you using an AntiVirus Program? Have you tried using the jar?

it does the same thing with the jar and i do not have antivirus installed at the moment

i have still same problem

EDIT: problem resolved and i feel like a donkey for it i forgot to update my graphics card after i updated from vista to windows 7
