Title: Java Exception - not enough data / connection lost / software caused connection abort

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Windows 7

Java Version: 7

Description of Problem:

I log in to a private server and have had no problems with it. Recently, however, whenever I am in the server I will get random disconnections every minute or so. When I join, chunks will also not load. I have about 3 - 6 chunks loading around me. I think this is related to something we've made in the world recently. I've heard it could be to do with world anchors or Red Power pipes. We removed the world anchors and that didn't seem to help at all. We don't really want to remove the Red Power stuff because it took a long time to set it all up.

Error Messages:

Internal exception: java.io.IOException: not enough data

Connection lost

Internal exception: java.net.SocketException: Software caused connection abort: recv failed

Error Log:
