Mining turtles no work?

Hey on my server we have mining turtles but when we try to run them with "tunnel 20" it wont do anything and it says "Tunneling complete" but it didnt move

You need to put [ComputerCraft] in the ops.txt file, or just type /op [ComputerCraft]

Or give them sufficient permissions to build etc.

i did /op [ComputerCraft] and they still dont work
