How do I prevent the use of specific recipes?

Is there a plugin that exists that is able to prevent the use of specific recipes?

I have found many plugins that can prevent specific items from being crafted, but this will not work. I need to disable the recipes for UU Matter, but I don't want to disable UU Matter itself. However, some of the UU products (such as wool, sandstone, glass, stone, glowstone, and snowballs) can be produced by other means, which I do not want to disable. All of the existing recipe-banning plugins I have found seem to only be able to prevent certain items from being crafted, so to prevent UU matter from being crafted into wool, I would also have to prevent string from being crafted into wool.

How do I fix this?
