Prohibiting Items

My new server is almost up and ready to go, all that's left on my checklist is prohibiting item's I don't want being used on my server. I've tried using ModifyWorld with no luck, could anyone recommend a good plugin for what I'm trying to do, particularly one that is compatible with tekkit blocks.
