How can I turnoff mod I don't want to use?

Just like the topic, But can I turn it off via mod loader? Or I going to use a specific way or something?

I just want to shut the MO creature down as I can't go playing it in other mode than peaceful without a lot of monster creeping around, well it's annoying.

Turn off the mod in .techniclauncher\technicssp\config\ModLoader.cfg.
