Description of Problem:

Well I can log into my account at home when I'm on the internet. So when I try to play without internet later it says Failed to (authenticate/autherize) minecraft account. Can any one help me with this I really want to be able to play offline.

We can't help with account authorization. That's something on Mojang's end. Send them a help ticket and should help you.

I figured out the problem. If the minecraft.net is blocked by the service provider or host this message appears.

Thanks for the advice though I apreciate someone actually trying to help because on other forums no one really looks at your posts. Im glad someone responded even though they didn't fix it.
