I keep getting the same error when i try to start my server..

I'm running Windows VPS..

That's a completely different problem, why would you post that in a thread about a server error.

Try posting this in the bugs section, Swat. You might get responses there other than people with completely different problems trying to hijack your thread.

Don't know if you found out already, Swat. I fixed the same error by installing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package.
