-You must be over 12 years old

-Has a decent computer with none to limited lag

-Can stay on task

You accept or delete someone when they have met you person to person, and atleast played with you, You want to get a life, Thats just a warning, And admins and moderstors, I am just saying the truth, So dont forget it.

If you have more than 3 brain cells, judging on application becomes a norm. I dont need to have met him, the fact he got banned from the forums and that he couldn't post anything in the correct format at the top of the page tells me that he either lacks attention or doesn't care. The fact that you fail to acknowledge this and instead say that he is what your looking for, when he hasn't put anything that gives you an idea of his character or his knowledge, is quite questionable since everyone else managed to do so.
