We need to know the bit version of your OS, figure it out We need to know the bit version of your Java, figure that out We need to know the update version of your Java, geuss what, figure it out We need to know what you have tried/read (hint read the stickys) We need to have a better description of the issue We need your logs The answer is likely found in the COMMON PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS sticky in these forums.
