Description of Problem:

like when i right click with destruction cataylst it doesnt do anything yes its charged.also when i try nusing flying ring i cant fly. heeeeeeeeelllllllllllllllpppppppppppppp.

You need fuel in your inventory for the items to work.

Unless I missed the memo, there is no Java 7 update 9. The latest java version is java 7 update 7, or 1.7.07 if you go numerically. you also didn't give the bit version of your OS and java, and you completely ignored the EE wiki, the tekkit wiki, the search bar, and google. You are a perfect examle of why the internet is filled with stupid pictures of cats, and inane phrases. Here's a hint, it's because you're stupid, just like the majority of the human race.

for the talisman of repair, you need to either put it in a alchemy bag or have covalence dust in your inventory. Again, all of this info could have been found on the wiki.
