Launcher crashes when trying to launch Technic

Description of Problem:

For the past few weeks, I have been unable to play Technic, because there was an update and the new Minecraft.jar from minecraft.net wasn't in the MD5's list so it would reject the file then give me an 'Update Failed!' message.

Now, it's updated, but will not start, giving me the errors below.

Error Messages:

Something along the lines of "Could not launch Minecraft. See error log for details" (Can't remember exact message, and now it just continues to say 'Update Failed!'.)

Try clearing your cache. It usually works for me with the update failed errors.

I also remember reading something about it being a problem with java and the update (I think)

Well after clearing the cache it goes back to its old behavior that it's had for months now: Downloading minecraft.jar, hitting an MD5 mismatch, rejecting the file, repeat 3 times, then spitting out an "Update failed" error.

Update: Okay now none of the games are launching. They're all doing the same thing.

This really sucks, because I was hoping to at LEAST play some Tekkit, but now NONE of my games are working. Dev team, hurry up and release the new MD5 files!

Magic Launcher is just an easy way to install mods and find conflicts between mods. Nothing really special about it, though some mods aren't compatible with it

Well that tells me: OP has mods that are not compatible with the launcher. Remove them from the process (take them out of your .minecraft/.techniclauncher folders when trying to load up.
