Version of Java: I think it is 7 but might be 6

Description of Problem: The server runs but then I get a [sEVERE] I can't do anything after connecting

Error Messages: nullpoint

Redownload the server files from the website. Sounds like something got seriously screwed up in the download.

Hmmm I can run this fine if I start a new world but if I try to use my old 2.0 world I get the same error message.

Ohhhh, looking closer at the log, someone hooked up a Buildcraft pipe to an EE Energy Condenser. This is very bad and will always throw a Null Pointer Exception and render the world unplayable unless you remove the offending items. Your best bet is to start a new world unless you know exactly where the issue is.
