I was wondering if anyone or the staff of Tekkit can add 2 new mods.

Minecraft Comes alive mod/pack and Car Mod/pack, I think it would better or much more fun for the players including my self. Please, would you add those mods/packs?

The request section is to suggest a mod idea to be created by a modder, not to ask a mod to be added to the modpack.

For what you propose specifically, you should go in the Technic section of the forum, one of the pinned threads is a mod suggestion to-be-added thread, and remember to respect the format. Good day.
