Launcher Version: 1.0.2.0

Operating System: windows 7

Java Version: 7, version 6 update 33

Antivirus Program: trend micro officescan

Description of Problem:

first i opened up the .exe as i have done countless times before, then it went said that spoutcraft had a new update, would i like to update? i answered yes and it then went all the way to the mojang screen where it then promptly crashed. i tried two more times both with the same result. i then deleted it all and replaced it with a backup i had made a week before. then when i started it up and chose technic it showed it downloading minecraft.jar where it said update failed. i deleted it all and redownloaded from the website where it gave me the same result even if i choose vanilla. i also have a picture if i can get it uploaded.

Try to use the edit button and your picture is broken, you should use imgur or another image hosting site to show pictures.

It would be helpful if you could provide us with a log.

here is the picture, when i checked the logs right after it crashed and then failed to update, there were no new logs, even when i checked again after the other times i tried. as i now have deleted everything and reinstalled the launcher, the old ones are not there anyway.tA9vA.png

I have never seen that AV before. There's a chance that it causes issues

it has worked before every time, even for about a month. the only time this has done this was after it tried to update spoutcraft.
