I can't connect to my server but friends can

Title: I can't connect to my server but friends can

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Windows

Java Version: I think newest

Description of Problem:

When i run my server on the computer and try to log on the screen goes to like its loging on but then goes white when i check the RUN.bat it says "Can't keep up Did the system Time change or is the sever overloaded?" an someone please help me so I can play tekkit with my fiends.

PS I was next to a quarry when it happened

None screen goes white

back up your world, create a new one, see if you can log on. if yes, you have a problem with your world, potentially an item spill. if no, there's something else going on
