Any of them that could possibly create a "Block Placing or Block Removing" event. The big ones that come to mind are IC2, RedPower, and BuildCraft, but there may be more.

I'm not 100% on the method of OPing mods as I've never actually done it, but I know that it will solve your issue.

You're using my plugin, AntiShare.

AntiShare is not compatible with Tekkit/Technic. That is why you get the error.
