Railcraft - Tunnel Bore not moving

Title: Railcraft - Tunnel Bore not moving

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Debian Squeeze (6.0) 64bit

Java Version: 7 Update 9

Description of Problem:

When placing a Tunnel Bore anywhere (made sure there are no blocks nearby that would make it stop) and filling it with Fuel (Coal), Gravel, Rails (Iron or Wooden Tracks) and a Borehead (Diamond one) it starts spinning the head, twitches for a second and doesn't move forwards, while still consuming fuel.

I tried various locations, depth levels, mining / placing track beforehand but it won't budge...

Error Messages:

I'm sorry that I didn't include that.

Yes, palcing is not the problem. As far as I know you can only place it on tracks.

I tried Iron and Wooden tracks and also various lenghts (Wiki says 9, I've seen videos where people used 4) but no luck.

It just sits there, spinning its head, wasting coal and not being effective at all :-D

I also checked the Server Console but no Exception or errors at all...

This is how it stays where I put it:

Before I posted this I had it somewhere else and when I logged back in, it had moved a bit and stopped because of a water source. Could it be that the server is overloaded?

I have the usual (which to me seems fairly normal, since I also happens on Vanilla a lot)

[WARNING] Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded?

€:

I fixed the Overload issue by deactivating all kinds of machines and the Bore seemed to do it`s thing while I was runnign all over the map but now it's still sitting there and teasing me.

It's seems shy... If you move a bit away it will start for a few layers and then stop and start again after some time.
