Technic won't load on a windows 7 computer unless your on an administrator account, it crashes before you even get the chance to enter the password. A workaround is to log on an admin account or give the 1 your trying to use admin privlages.
A fix for the launcher would be giving someone a chance to enter the admin password before it attempts to crash the launcher.
