Technic Launcher won't open at all.

Description of Problem:

I have been playing in Technic for a while and then one day it stopped working after I had to restart my settings on my computer for when it was working. I had to re install everything in my computer like Minecraft, Skype, Steam Games, and this. Everything else was fine, including Minecraft, but Technic pack won't open at all. I downloaded the pack again to see if it would work again and even deleted the .techniclauncher folder so it would make a new one. I double-clicked it and it wouldn't even start to work it says something like. Cannot load C:/Users/Jacob/Appdata/Roaming/logs then says access is denied, so what should I do to fix this problem? Please help me out.

Error Messages:

Cannot load C:/Users/Jacob/Appdata/Roaming/logs then says access is denied and weird code I cannot copy. and same thing but after logs says launcher_init.log is denied.

The problem is there is none.

I have fixed it by just downloading the jar, but I was just wondering why this would happen. I am glad that I can play tekkit with my friends again! :)
