I updated spoutcraft and now when i start up tekkit there are just these mods (optifine),(forgemodloader),(codechikencore),(notengoughitems),(minecraftforge)

:bang: OS (operating system) is something like windows, OSX, Linux, etc. Your Java is ridiculously out of date, uninstall all Java's you have and then redownload Java 7u9 for whatever bit your computer is.
