When I run technic launcher screen goes white and then crashes

Launcher Version: 3.2.1

Operating System: 64 bit Windows 7

Java Version: Version 7 update 9

Antivirus Program: Maleware and Avast

Description of Problem:

when I run technic 3.1.2 launcher and put in my username and password then click log in a separate white screen pops up lingers for a moment or two then the whole launcher crashes and closes

please help thank you very much

Double-check your Java version to make sure it's 64-bit. That'll cause white-screen errors, among other things.
