its just goes blue screen.

Wow, so much effort put into this post! Before anyone can have a realistic shot at helping you you really need to update the OP with:

1. Version of Windows
   
2. Bit version of Windows
   
3. Actual Java version
   
4. Java bit version
   
5. Other things you have tried
   
6. A log
   

Without that all I can say is to turn off AVG and redownload the pack.
