Blocking Teleport Tethers not working.

Hey all,

I've been trying to find a plugin that blocks Teleport Tethers! I've been searching and trying a bunch of different things, but players still seem to be able to place/craft/use them! I've tried blocking them in NoItem, and Tekkit Customizer, but neither work. I've got PEX, which is what I use in conjunction with NoItem.

If any of you have had any luck blocking said items, and would be happy to share the answer with me, I would be super, super grateful!

Im using disablecraft, it works great for stopping them from making items.

for placing them pex modifyworld should do what you need. (I use worldguard for stopping people having/placing items)
