How to remap the command(backslash by default) key?

I'm trying to figure out if I can remap my command key "/" to something else. I can do it in the current minecraft version, but it appears that option isn't available in 1.2.5 which Tekkit is using. I'm guessing there is a config file I can tweak.

Edit: Changed slash to backslash.
